Shipping:

  • $7.99 flat rate US shipping or FREE on orders $125+! 
  • Orders are processed and shipped out in 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 5:00 PM CST will begin processing the following business day. (Handling time)
  • Orders are typically delivered within 4-6 business days. (Delivery time)
  • We are unable to take responsibility for items after they are with the shipper, if there is a delivery problem, you may file a claim with the shipping company.
  • All items will be shipped to the address entered at checkout by the customer. We do not have a way to verify or modify. Please double check your address before submitting an order.

You will receive an auto reply back with the return form to fill out and all information for returning your order- please check your spam in case the reply lands there!

  • In order to be sure your item both fits and flatters your curves, we gladly accept returns of regular priced, unworn and unwashed merchandise for 14 days. 
  • Please note: We do not issue refunds to the original method of payment. All approved returns are processed and issued as store credit only.
  • ITEMS FROM OUR SALE COLLECTION ARE CONSIDERED FINAL SALE AND NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE. THESE ITEMS END IN .99 PRICE.
  • Any order placed with a discount code is considered a promotion and is final sale (excluding the first time order 10% off code).
  • We accept returns that are shipped back to us within 14 days of delivery to you.
  • Any returned items must be unworn, unwashed new condition and with tags/packaging. Items may be denied a return due to condition- smoke or other smell, pet hair, stains, obvious signs of wear, missing tags or packaging or other damages. If a return is denied, we will reach out to you to see if you would like to have it shipped back to you, at your cost, or if you would prefer we donate the item for you.
  • We are not currently able to offer exchanges for returns. To purchase a different item, different size, etc just go ahead and order that item separately. The new transaction and the return are completed separately.  (this ensures you can grab your replacement before your size/color is sold out.)
  • Return processing to a gift card will be completed within 4 business days of receipt of your return. You will receive your credit via the email attached to your order.
  • We are unable to accommodate cancellation of orders once completed on website or app. 
  • We are unable to apply promotional codes to a purchase after it is completed- if you have a code to use, be sure it is applied before checkout.
